Something just occurred to me. I was watching the news last night and there was yet another report about US President Bush and his calls for pre-emptive strikes against Iraq and I got to thinking… wasn’t it just last year that he was quoted as saying “we will not rest until Osama Bin Laden is brought to justice”. Now here we are, a little over a year later from when he said that, and there isn’t hide nor hair about Osama in any of his speeches or his goals.
Apparently, the ten-second attention span of modern teens also affects modern government as well. Yet another example of why the US government doesn’t know it’s head from a hole in the ground.
Anyways… Just thought I’d share.
